Born and Raised in central Maine, (Dancin’) Dave McLeery (bass guitar) came to the Boston area in college and never left (got a job, met a girl, joined a band, etc.) A veteran of many local bands over the years, Dave has been playing bass for over 25 years and still screws up! Yet his bandmates like him anyway… Dave hooked up with RAZEN KAYNE about five years ago and found a group of guys (and some girls) who shared his (sometimes questionable) taste in Rock Music. From the band’s perspective, Dave was an instant fit! “We knew as soon as Dave started “Train Kept A Rollin’” and started dancing that we found something unique,” says Kevin. “For a big guy, he can really move!” Dancin’ Dave’s nickname comes from the inevitable case of ‘happy feet’ that always seems to strike when he’s playing something that Rocks! Dave explains, “When I get a hold of the Music, and get in the Zone, there’s no telling what my feet are gonna do or where I’m gonna go!” As for Dave’s musical influences, THE WHO, THE WHO and THE WHO, are mentioned. He is also a big WHO fan, although, as Dave says, “I couldn’t carry John Entwistle’s guitar strap !".

Dave lives in Woburn and endorses Ibanez bass guitars and Gallien-Krueger amplifiers (not that anyone cares)..
